Southwest Tacos
Love taco night, but are looking for some variation? These tacos, made with pork sausage instead of ground beef are a terrific solution.
Serves 6
1 lb	bulk pork sausage
16 oz	Refried Beans
1 cup	thick & chunky salsa
12	taco shells, warmed

	*Toppings*
-	Shredded mild cheddar cheese, sliced green onions

-	Brown sausage until no longer pink; drain.
-	Add refried beans and salsa; mix well.
-	Heat over low heat until hot.
-	Fill taco shells with sausage mixture.
-	Top with cheese and green onions.
