Creamy Beef Tacos
Love taco night, but are looking for something a little more elegant? Try these creamy beef tacos. The cream cheese and diced chiles add complexity and excitement to an old family favorite.
Serves 8
1 lb	ground beef
3/4 cup	water
1.25 oz	taco seasoning mix
1 cup	diced green chiles
1 cup	thick & smooth taco sauce
3 oz	cream cheese, softened
12	taco shells, warmed

	Toppings
-	Shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced green onions, sour cream

-	Brown beef; drain.
-	Stir in water and seasoning mix.
-	Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
-	Add cream cheese, chiles, taco sauce and cream cheese; stir until cream cheese is melted.

	Fill
-	Taco shells with beef mixture.
-	Top with lettuce, tomato, green onions and sour cream.
