Empty 8 round medium-sized red tomatoes and place them in a nonstick pan. | |

Beat 1 egg with ½ coffee-cup of milk, then add salt, pepper, parmesan cheese. | |

In a separate dish, finely chop the mozzarella cheese with the basil leaves, and finally mix the two preparations. | |

Fill the tomatoes with this stuffing, and without adding any fat cook in the oven at medium heat for 30-35 minutes (till golden). | |
