smooth peanut butter | |
|

cloves garlic, minced | |

chopped fresh coriander or parsley | |

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper | |

lime inside of each with lettuce leaf and alfalfa sprouts | |

Divide chicken, cucumber and tomato among pitas | |
