Fragrant Beancurd In Tea
0.15 oz
Iron Buddha tea leaves
2 pcs
beancurd
8
medium sized prawns-remove shell
1/2 tsp
sugar
2 tbsp
Iron Buddha tea
1 tbsp
oyster sauce
1 tsp
light soy sauce
1 tsp
cornflour
oil for frying
pinch
salt

Bring water to boil then remove from heat. Add Iron Buddha tea leaves.

Place beancurd in tea to soak for 2 hours.

Wipe beancurd dry. Deep fry over high heat, until golden brown.

Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry prawns for 3 minutes or until cooked. Set aside

Bring seasoning to a boil. Remove and pour onto deep fried beancurd. Arrange prawns on beancurd and serve
