Bring water to boil then remove from heat. Add Iron Buddha tea leaves. | |

Place beancurd in tea to soak for 2 hours. | |

Wipe beancurd dry. Deep fry over high heat, until golden brown. | |

Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry prawns for 3 minutes or until cooked. Set aside | |

Bring seasoning to a boil. Remove and pour onto deep fried beancurd. Arrange prawns on beancurd and serve | |
