Boiled Crabs
Serves 12 - 18

Lemons, quartered

New red potatoes
4
Small ears fresh corn
4
Small yellow onions

Cup of salt
1/2
Cup ground red pepper
1/2
Cup ground white pepper
1/2
Cup ground black pepper

Live Crabs
-
Fill a large (10 quart) stockpot one-third full with water.

Add lemons, potatoes, corn, onions, salt and peppers
-
Cover and bring to boil over high heat, let boil for 10 minutes
-
Add crabs, cover, and return to boil, then cook for 15 minutes
-
Turn off heat and let sit, covered, for 10 minutes more
-
Lay out the crabs and vegetables on a large table covered with lots of paper and have a feast
